We couldn’t afford it, that’s why we are going into debt because of the over 2 trillion we do on entitlement spending every year. This is the land of opportunity not the land of entitlement. If that system was in place here we wouldn’t have the apples and googles because we would have taxed them so much they would have left, or we would have made so many regulations they would have never started.
